Staff

Little Graces Preschool carefully selects its staff to insure that your child receives the best early-education program available in a caring and nurturing environment. Each staff member has appropriate education and experience combined with dedication and love of young children.

Staff members are screened through a criminal background check and are annually certified by a practicing physician to be free from any disability that might prevent them from caring for children. Staff members are also trained in procedures and policies concerning the recognition and reporting of suspected child abuse and neglect.

Staff members are trained by a practicing physician to perform daily health screenings of children on their arrival at the school, and an individual certified in both First Aid and CPR will be present at the school at all times during school operation.

Staff members also participate in monthly staff meetings in which curriculum ideas are shared, at least one educational training per year, and a peer observation opportunity.
